Terms and Conditions
User or Job Seeker:
1. Usage of Jobonix
a. The Jobonix Platform (including any mobile based applications, website and web applications) is provided by Jobonix Inc. (“Jobonix Inc.”) either directly or through its affiliates. Through the Jobonix Platform any person with a verified account can view and apply for jobs (“User”) through the Jobonix Platform, access and participate in the services provided by Jobonix. Jobs are posted by independent third parties not related to or affiliated with Jobonix.
b. A User accessing the Jobonix Platform shall be bound by these Terms of Service, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Jobonix in relation to any services provided via the Jobonix Platform (“Jobonix Services”).
c. Jobonix shall be entitled to modify these Terms of Service, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Jobonix in relation to any Jobonix Services, at any time, by posting the same on the Jobonix Platform. Use of the Jobonix Platform and Jobonix Services constitutes the User's acceptance of such modified Terms of Service, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Jobonix in relation to any Jobonix Services, as may be amended from time to time.
d. Certain Jobonix Services being provided on Jobonix may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect. To the extent that these Terms of Service are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail.
e. Jobonix may, at its sole and absolute discretion:
- i. Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User’s access to all or any part of the Jobonix Platform or Jobonix Services;
- ii. Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Jobonix Platform or Jobonix Services;
- iii. Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User;
- iv. Move or remove any content that is available on the Jobonix Platform;
- v. Deactivate or delete a User’s account and all related information and files on the account;
- vi. Establish general practices and limits concerning use of Jobonix Platform;
- vii. Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity.
f. In the event any User breaches these Terms of Service, Jobonix may, at its sole and absolute discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access to all or any part of the Jobonix Platform.
g. If Jobonix charges its Users a platform fee in advance in respect of any Jobonix Services, Jobonix shall, without delay, repay such platform fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or Jobonix Services on account of any negligence or deficiency on the part of Jobonix.
h. By accepting these Terms of Service Users are providing their consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from Jobonix.
2. Participation
a. When accessing and interacting with the Jobonix Platform and Jobonix Services a User will be able to view and apply for jobs posted by potential employers for their respective organizations.
b. To view and apply for a job a User shall be required to provide information about the User’s education, qualifications, past experience and skills. While Jobonix does not tolerate or allow for discrimination on the basis of gender, certain jobs might be gender specific.
c. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and while applying for a job through the Jobonix Platform, Users undertake that all information shared will at all times be accurate and not be misleading.
d. The job applications by the Users on the Jobonix Platform shall remain active only for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of application to the job posts and upon the expiry of the said period of 60 (sixty) days, such job applications shall be archived ("Archived Job Applications").
e. Users agree that they shall at all times be bound by and adhere to the Code of Conduct while accessing the Jobonix Platform and while using the Jobonix Services.
3. Intellectual Property
a. The intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in all software underlying the Jobonix Platform and the Jobonix Services and material published on the Jobonix Platform is owned by Jobonix, its affiliates, partners, licensors and/or associates.
b. Users are solely responsible for all materials that they upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Jobonix Platform ("User’s Content").
c. Users hereby grant to Jobonix and its affiliates, partners, licensors and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish User's Content.
d. All names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights on the Jobonix Platform belonging to any person are recognized as proprietary to the respective owners.
4. Third Party Sites, Services and Products
a. Links to other Internet sites or mobile applications owned and operated by third parties may be provided via the Jobonix Platform. Jobonix does not exercise control over any Internet sites or mobile applications apart from the Jobonix Platform.
b. A User’s correspondence, transactions/offers or related activities with third parties are solely between the User and that third party.
c. The Jobonix Platform contains content that is created by Jobonix as well as content provided by third parties. Jobonix does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality of the content provided by third parties.
5. Privacy Policy
a. All information collected from Users is subject to Jobonix's Privacy Policy.
b. We do not share personal information of any individual with other companies/entities without obtaining permission.
c. Once the personal information has been shared with you, you shall, at all times, be responsible to secure such information.
d. You warrant and represent that you shall not disclose or transfer personal information shared by us to any sub-processors without ensuring that adequate and equivalent safeguards.
e. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you will use the information shared with you only for the purpose of availing the Services.
6. User Conduct
a. Users agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all other rules, regulations and terms of use of the Jobonix Platform and Jobonix Services.
b. Users agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and at all other times.
c. A User shall not register or operate more than one User account with Jobonix.
d. Users agree to ensure that they can receive all communication from Jobonix.
e. Any password issued by Jobonix to a User may not be revealed to anyone else.
f. Users agree to exit/log-out of their accounts at the end of each session.
g. Users agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks or any unauthorized third-party software.
h. Users agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying the Jobonix Platform.
i. Users agree that without Jobonix's express written consent, they shall not modify or cause to be modified any files or software that are part of Jobonix's Services.
j. Users agree not to disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any computer or server used to offer or support the Jobonix Platform.
k. Users agree not to institute, assist or become involved in any type of attack.
l. Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to User accounts, Servers or networks.
m. A User shall not publish any content that is patently false and untrue.
n. Without limiting the foregoing, Users agree not to use Jobonix for any of the following:
- i. To engage in any obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive action or communication;
- ii. To harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate any legal rights of other individuals;
- iii. To publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate content;
- iv. To Transmit files that contain viruses;
- v. To advertise, offer or sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose without consent;
- vi. To download any file that cannot be legally obtained;
- vii. To falsify or delete any author attributions;
- viii. To restrict or inhibit any other User;
- ix. To collect or store personal information about other Users;
- x. To collect or store information about potential candidates;
- xi. To mine information relating to potential candidates;
- xii. To interfere with or disrupt the Jobonix Platform;
- xiii. To impersonate any person or entity;
- xiv. To forge headers or manipulate identifiers;
- xv. To take any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on infrastructure;
- xvi. To engage in any illegal activities;
- xvii. To engage in any action that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India.
o. Jobonix reserves the right to restrict usage of names which are obscene or offensive.
p. Unauthorized access to the Jobonix Platform is a breach of these Terms of Service.
q. Use of the Jobonix Platform is subject to existing laws and legal processes.
r. Persons below the age of eighteen (18) years are not allowed to register with the Jobonix Platform.
s. Jobonix may not be held responsible for any content contributed by Job Posters.
7. Eligibility
a. The Jobonix Platform is open only to persons above the age of 18 years.
b. The Jobonix Platform is open only to persons, currently residing in India.
c. Persons who wish to participate must have a valid email address and/or mobile phone number.
d. Jobonix may on receipt of information bar a person from accessing their Jobonix account if such person is found to be in violation of any part of these Terms of Service.
e. Only those Job Posters who have successfully registered on the Jobonix Platform shall be eligible to Post Jobs.
8. Dispute and Dispute Resolution
a. If any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the Jobonix Services... the disputing parties hereto shall endeavor to settle such Dispute amicably.
b. If the parties are unable to amicably settle the Dispute... the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration. The seat of the arbitration shall be New Delhi.
c. Nothing shall preclude any Party from seeking interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief from the competent courts at New Delhi.
d. The arbitration award will be final and binding on the Parties.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
a. Job Posters shall access the Jobonix Services provided via the Jobonix Platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
b. By accessing the Jobonix Platform... Job Posters hereby release from and agree to indemnify Jobonix.
c. Jobonix accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any errors or omissions.
d. Job Posters shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to their access of Jobonix Services.
e. Job Posters shall indemnify, defend, and hold Jobonix harmless from any third party claims.
f. Job Posters waive and release each and every right or claim against Jobonix.
10. Disclaimers
a. Neither Jobonix nor its affiliates shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material.
c. Jobonix shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material.
d. Any material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Jobonix Platform is done at the Job Poster's discretion and risk.
e. Jobonix shall make best endeavors to ensure that the Jobonix(s) is error-free and secure, however, makes no warranty that:
- i. the Jobonix Platform will meet Job Posters' requirements,
- ii. Jobonix Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free
- iii. the results that may be obtained from the use of Jobonix Platform will be accurate or reliable; and
- iv. the quality of any products, Jobonix Services, information, or other material will meet Job Posters' expectations.
f. In case Jobonix discovers any error, Jobonix reserves the right to rectify the error in such manner as it deems fit.
g. Neither Jobonix nor its partners shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
a. In case a Job Poster has any complaints or grievance... please share the same with us by writing to: Wecare@jobonix.com
b. In the complaint or grievance, the Job Poster shall include the following information:
- i. Name and contact details;
- ii. Relation to the subject matter of the complaint;
- iii. The name and age of the person aggrieved;
- iv. Description of the complaint;
- v. A statement that the Job Poster believes, in good faith, that the Content violates these Terms;
- vi. A statement that the information provided is accurate.
c. Jobonix respects the Intellectual Property Rights of others. Job Posters are requested to send Jobonix a written notice if Job Posters notice any act of infringement.
d. On receiving such a complaint, Jobonix reserves the right to investigate and/or take such action as Jobonix may deem appropriate.

12. Paid Services
a. When you subscribe to our paid Services you agree to adhere to the additional terms specific to the Services ("Paid Services") that you are availing.
b. Your access to the Jobonix Platform... shall be determined by the specific Paid Services that you avail of.
c. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you specifically waive the right to make any claim against Jobonix for non-delivery of the Paid Services after suspension.
d. Jobonix shall, in its sole discretion, determine if any refunds are due and payable to you.
e. To access the Paid Services, you must purchase a specific Paid Service. Paid Services currently being offered by Jobonix are as under:
Job Posts -
i. For each Job Post that you wish to publish via the Jobonix Platform, you shall pay a specified fee for each Job Post.
Refund Policy
B. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same service, you are requested to bring the same to our notice. After your notification we will be able to refund the extra amount within 7 days on a case to case basis. The same needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days of the transaction, after which we will not be able to refund the same.
C. Cancellations
- Refunds for cancellations will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific service purchased. Jobonix.com will decide to refund the amount or not once paid based on condition.
3. Non-Refundable Services
For Corporates, Employers & Partners:
- Under no condition will Jobonix.com, refund the amount once paid.
- In case of multiple payments for a single service, you are requested to bring the same to our notice. After your notification we will be able to refund the extra amount within 7 days on a case to case basis. The same needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days of the transaction, after which we will not be able to refund the same.
For Job Seekers:
- Once bought under no circumstances your premium membership can be considered for cancellation. In extension, under no circumstances any refund will be made either part or in full.
- In case you have bought Premium Services multiple times under any circumstances, our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and decision will be made on a case to case basis Again, under no circumstances it is guaranteed that your payment will be returned.
- Under no circumstances your Premium Membership is transferrable to another account holder or any other account you wish to create. Any attempts leading to such conclusion may force jobonix.com to cancel your account and withdraw all services.
- Premium membership is valid for certain period and certain usage. It will expire automatically if either is utilized. One can renew the premium membership by paying the required amount. Under no circumstances will there be any extension of the same.
And also, certain services may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Services that have already been rendered or accessed.
- Subscription fees after the trial period has ended.
- Customized or personalized services.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at wecare@jobonix.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact details.
- Details of the service purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant transaction details (e.g., order number, date of purchase).
5. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will review and process it within 30 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
